Week 7 - Eagle Farm - Race 7 - Number 4 - Depth of Character ($8)

For my week 7 bet, I’m putting my $100 on Depth Of Character at $8.

Up until his last start, ran in a couple of big 3 year old races in Sydney over the mile (a G1 and G3 race), and didnt quite get the job done against some solid competition, but certainly wasn’t disgraced.

Last start came back to Eagle Farm, and won over the mile with 61.5kg on board.

Draws barrier 4 and has Noel Callow on board, who rode 3 winners of 5 rides last weekend at Eagle Farm.

Beat Shangri-La Spring by a nose last time they met in Sydney.

I think the dangers are Shangri-La Spring, Wonder Boy and Imperialist
